Online Registration for admissions, Session 2024 - 2025

Welcome to R.P. School, Nagbal!

 

We are pleased to announce the online registration for admission for classes Nursery and U.K.G, Session 2024-2025. The registration process shall be starting from 22nd February, 2024 through the school website. In Sha Allah!. Kindly, note that this is only the registration process. However, admissions will start in the month of March, 2024. The requisites for the admission procedure are as follows:

 

1.     Online Registration:

Ø Registration is the key step for seeking admission in R.P. School, Nagbal. No admission will be granted without prior registration.

Ø Parent can fill the Online Registration Form via online through the school website.

 

2.     Eligibility: Child’s age for Nursery should be 3+ and for U.K.G should be 5+ as on 31st March, 2024.

 

3.     Important documents to be submitted/ attached at the time of Registration (Enclosures):

Ø Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation / Competent Authority and Adhaar Card of the child.

Ø Passport Size recent photograph of Child. (JPG format to be uploaded should not be more than 20Kb)

Ø Valid E-mail ID of the parent and mobile number.

 

4.     Admission to Classes Nursery and U.K.G will be through formal interaction with parents and the child. Participation of the child is mandatory for the interaction.

 

5.     You are requested to submit all the documents to facilitate the verification process

Ø Birth Certificate in original.

Ø Aadhaar Card of child and both the parents. (photocopy)

Ø Certificate of Medical Fitness of child by Registered Medical Practitioner. (Attached)

Ø Blood Group Report.

Ø Undertaking parent(s) / guardian. (Attached)

Ø Candidates applying in Economic weaker section category are required to submit documents attested by the concerned department.

Ø First preference will be given to siblings.

Ø Highest qualification certificate of both parents.

Ø If parent (either or both) is alumni of the school, kindly submit school issued documents, evidencing that the parent of the ward has been a student of this school.

Ø In case of a ward’s sister is already a student of the school, proof thereof to be produced. (Copy of latest paid fee receipt and report card of the last exam).

Ø Wards claiming consideration under single parent will produce proof that either the father or the mother of the ward is no longer alive and the second marriage has not taken place and or the parent of the ward has irrevocably separated.

 

6.     You are informed that the final admission of you ward is subjected to verification of the following documents (Photocopy & Original)

 

7.     Kindly note:

Ø Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.

Ø Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.

Ø Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.

Ø The list of selected children will be displayed on the school website social media handles as well as the administrative office of primary wing.

Ø On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time failing which the admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

The final of admitting a student solely rests with the school management and no claims will be entertained in this regard. Further, influencing any staff or Management directly or indirectly can lead to strict penal action and rejection of form by the school authorities.
